50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation and balance before cut of date given at the time of booking.
100 % booking amount must be realized into our bank account before check in.

Cancellation Policy:
Any Cancellation before 20 days of arrival is liable for 20% cancellation / retention charges
Any Cancellation between 20 - 10 days of arrival is liable for 70 % cancellation / retention charges
Any Cancellations within 10 days of arrival is liable for 100 % cancellation / retention charges
All requests for Date Change must be notified by email to reservation before 10 days of arrival and the same can be done for once without any extra charges, but this facility is not available for the Diwali, X Mass & New Year weeks.
